This Reuben Sandwich featuring Foster Farms Turkey Pastrami was dressed up with an extraordinary Thousand Island sauce that had folks coming back for more. The sandwich was so good it was one of three finalists during our contest at the 2018 Northwest Food Show.
Judges loved the Dijon mustard-based dressing that added some extra zing!
INGREDIENTS
- Foster Farms Turkey Pastrami
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 slices Rye bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices Foster Farms Turkey pastrami
- 1/2 cup Sauerkraut
- Light squeeze Thousand island dressing
- Pickles and Dill for condiments
- Mix Dijon mustard with honey to your personal preference
- Toast the bread
- Place turkey pastrami on bread to heat up evenly
- Place cheese on and other condiments
- Fold two sides together
