PUFF PASTRY
1/4 sheet
Puff pastry
1/4 each
Egg
FILLING
1/4 cup
Wild rice, uncooked
1/2 cup
Cranberries, dried
1 cup
Walnuts, chopped
2 cups
Chicken broth
Directions
STEP 1
Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Combine wild rice and cranberries with chicken broth and bring to boil. Cover and simmer until tender; drain any excess broth if necessary. Let cool and add chopped walnuts.
STEP 2
Place ¼ cup rice mixture onto each puff pastry sheet. Top with one brie slice, then one piece of turkey and one more brie slice.
STEP 3
Beat egg in a small bowl and brush over Wellingtons with a pastry brush. Bake for 20 min. or until golden.
