Layers of sliced turkey, shaved Asiago cheese, caramelized onions, heirloom tomato slices and butter lettuce served on round focaccia bread finished with appetizing spinach artichoke dip spread.
BREAD AND CHEESE
Focaccia, 9-inch round
Heirloom tomato, sliced
Butter lettuce, sliced
Yellow onion, chopped
Spinach artichoke dip, prepared
Sauté yellow onion in a small pan and set aside.
Slice the focaccia bread in half and spread bottom side with spinach artichoke spread.
On top of the spread, layer sliced turkey, shaved Asiago cheese, followed by caramelized onions.
Finally top with heirloom tomatoes and butter lettuce.
Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and slice in wedges.
