Traditional club sandwich with turkey breast, applewood smoked bacon, butter lettuce and tomato between thickly sliced sourdough bread. Served with shoestring French fries and a dill pickle.
BREAD AND BACON
Applewood smoked bacon
PRODUCE & GARNISH
1 1/2 tsp.
Toast 3 slices of bread until golden brown.
Spread 1 side of each slice with 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise and lightly sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
For first bread layer, add 2 oz. turkey, 2 bacon slices, 2 tomato slices and 1 butter lettuce leaf.
Add another piece of bread and repeat Step 3. Top with last piece of bread and secure sandwich with 2 toothpicks.
Cut in half on a bias.
