Ingredients

TURKEY
TORTILLA AND OIL
2 each
Flour tortilla, 10-inch
1/2 tsp.
Vegetable oil
VEGETABLES
1.5 oz
Red bell pepper, julienned and caramelized
2 oz.
Onion, julienned and caramelized
1.5 oz.
Black beans, drained and cooked
CHEESE AND SEASONINGS
3 oz.
Fontina cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp.
Cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp.
Salt
1/4 tsp.
Pepper
Directions
STEP 1
Add oil to medium hot pan. Place tortilla in pan.
STEP 2
Layer fontina, turkey, pepper, onion, black beans, cilantro and salt and pepper. Top with second tortilla. Cook both sides until golden brown.
STEP 3
Cut in wedges and serve hot.
STEP 4
