Flatbread, 12″ x 6″ long
1 tbsp.
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp.
Ricotta, skim
TOMATO & SEASONINGS
1 each
Plum tomato, sliced 1/8 inch thick
1 clove
Garlic, sliced thinly
1 tbsp.
Basil leaves, julienned
1 tbsp.
Rosemary leaves, fres
1/2 tsp.
Sea salt
1/4 tsp.
Pepper
Directions
STEP 1
Brush flat bread with oil.
Brush flat bread with oil.
STEP 2
Thinly shave turkey.
STEP 3
Top flat bread with tomato slices, garlic, herbs and small piles of shaved turkey.
STEP 4
Dot with ricotta. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 5
Bake at 375˚ F for 5-8 minutes until the cheese begins to melt. Cut into squares or wedges.
