PESTO MAYONNAISE

Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp.
Pesto, prepared
PRODUCE
1 oz.
Sundried tomatoes
1 oz.
Tomato, slice
1 oz.
Alfalfa sprouts
BREAD
6 oz.
Focaccia
Directions
STEP 1
For pesto mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise and pesto in a bowl.
STEP 2
Spread 1 oz. of mayonnaise mixture on the crown and heel portion of the focaccia bread.
STEP 3
Spread sundried tomatoes over the heel portion of the bread, followed by the fresh tomatoes.
STEP 4
Top tomatoes with Swiss cheese slices. Mound turkey slices onto cheese.
STEP 5
Top turkey with sprouts and cover with crown portion of focaccia.
STEP 6
Place onto a serving plate and serve.
