ASIAN SLAW
1/2 cup
Stir fry vegetable mix
1/4 tsp.
Rice vinegar
1/4 tbsp.
Sesame oil
1/4 tbsp.
Olive oil
PLUM CREAM CHEESE
1/2 cup
Cream cheese
1/4 cup
Asian plum sauce
1 tbsp.
Cilantro, chopped
ACCOMPANIMENT
2 slices
Sourdough bread
2 slices
Crisp pepper bacon
1 each
Pearl tomatoes, sliced

Directions
STEP 1
For Asian slaw, mix ingredients together well in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
STEP 2
For plum cream cheese, mix ingredients together well in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
STEP 3
To each slice of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of plum cream cheese spread on either side.
STEP 4
Next add 3 oz. turkey breast to the bottom halves. Top with 2 slices of bacon, 3 slices of tomato and 1/4 cup Asian slaw mix.
STEP 5
Place remaining piece of bread on top and slice sandwich in half at a diagonal.
STEP 6
Serve with 2 vegetarian pot stickers if desired.
