A large bowl filled with cilantro scented rice, grilled peppers, onions, corn, black beans, prepared salsa, grilled slices of turkey, garnished with shredded cheddar, jack cheese and a chipotle flavored cream sauce with fresh chopped cilantro.

White rice, uncooked

DAIRY & SEASONING
Cook rice in 1 1/4 cups water. Add garlic salt to water while cooking. Toss cooked rice with 1/8 cup chopped cilantro and keep warm.
Heat a non-stick pan to high heat. Thickly slice peppers and sweet onions. Add peppers, sweet onion, black beans, sweet corn and liquid smoke seasoning to hot pan and cook until vegetables are lightly blackened and softened, keep warm.
Heat grill to high heat and grill turkey slices on each side for about two minutes until grill-marked and heated through, repeat with the peppers and sweet onion and keep warm.
Combine cilantro rice and warmed black beans in a large bowl. Divide rice mixture between four bowls. Top each bowl of rice with grilled vegetables and grilled turkey.
For chipotle cream sauce, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and mix until heated through.
Spoon 2 oz. prepared fruit salsa over each bowl, as well as the chipotle flavored cream sauce and shredded jack and cheddar cheeses. Garnish each bowl with remaining chopped cilantro and green onion and serve.
