Dry mustard powder

Ginger root, grated

Chile pepper flakes

1 1/2 tsp.
Sesame oil
3 3/4 tsp.
Peanut oil
VEGETABLES & GARNISH
1/4 head
Napa cabbage, sliced
1/4 each
Green bell pepper, sliced
1 each
Green onion, sliced
1/4 each
Carrot, julienned
2 tbsp.
Cilantro, chopped

Rice noodles

Directions
STEP 1
Julienne turkey breast, season with salt and pepper and reserve.
STEP 2
Heat oils in sauté pan and cook chile flakes for 30 seconds.
STEP 3
Add turkey to pan and brown. Remove, drain on rack and place in large mixing bowl. Add vegetables and peanuts to bowl.
STEP 4
In another bowl, soak rice noodles in warm water. When soft, about 5 minutes, drain well.
STEP 5
Whisk dressing ingredients. Pour over turkey and vegetables. Place the rice noodles on the plate, and arrange turkey and vegetables. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
