Ingredients

TURKEY
ARTICHOKE SPREAD
1 1/2 oz.
Artichokes, canned
2 1/2 cups
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 oz.
Cream cheese
1/3 tsp.
Onion, grated
1/3 tsp.
Lemon, juiced
BREAD, PRODUCE, SEASONING
1/8 tsp.
Salt
1/2 tsp.
Neutral oil
1 each
Hamburger bun
2 slices
Tomato
1 each
Lettuce leaf, green
Directions
STEP 1
For artichoke spread: Drain the artichokes and press firmly between paper towels to remove moisture. Purée all in the food processor leaving it slightly chunky. Reserve.
STEP 2
Sprinkle the turkey burger with salt. Grill for 4 minutes. Turn and cook second side for 4 minutes.
STEP 3
To pan fry, pour 1/2 teaspoon of oil in saute pan or on flat top.
STEP 4
Split bun and place lettuce on the bottom bun. Top with burger and Artichoke Spread.
STEP 5
Place under the broiler or salamander for 1 -2 minutes to lightly brown. 6. Top with tomato slices and bun crown.
