Rumors are greatly exaggerated that raising a happy, healthy turkey is like raising a really big chicken.

Obviously, the turkey and chicken are two different animals — not the least of which a turkey is nearly eight times the size of its smaller counterpart.

But as Foster Farms turkey expert Joe Hedden says… comparing a turkey with a chicken is like saying sheep and cows are pretty much the same.  In this Wing It podcast, Joe explains what it takes to care for turkeys known for their strength and curiosity.
