Erik Johnson had no idea his business would sprout into today’s popular Erik’s DeliCafé when he bought a small bakery in Scott’s Valley, Calif. 43 years ago.
And we mean literally sprouted! Clover sprouts are a signature ingredient on most sandwiches — helping the regional chain grow to 32 locations throughout Silicon Valley and beyond!
Wholesome and healthy has been Erik’s trademark. The menu includes a large selection of turkey sandwiches, hearty soups and a family recipe carrot cake.
