2 oz. Diced Bold Bites Chili Verde Chicken (#99707) | 1 meat/MA
1 oz. dry (½ C cooked) Whole Grain Spanish Brown Rice Mix (like Foothill Farms®) | 1 grain
1 Tbsp. Creamy Sriracha dressing (see recipe below) | Refer to serving & nutrition info
Cilantro, chopped for garnish | no credit
SRIRACHA HONEY RANCH DRESSING (1 Gallon)
1 bag Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402)
½ gallon buttermilk
½ gallon mayonnaise
⅓ C honey
2¾ Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
DRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
- In large bowl, add Ranch Dressing Mix (3.2 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
- Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add honey and Sriracha Sauce and mix until combined.
- Refrigerate 3-4 hours to thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
